The Obama Foundation Leaders Africa Program application is open to interested applicants who are qualified for the opportunity and wish to apply. The six-month, non-residential virtual leadership course will host 35 emerging leaders from across Africa
The objective of the Leaders Africa program is to find leaders in public, civil society and private sector who have strong issue-focus and can provide evidence about their impact. Applicants interested in the opportunity should apply.

RULES TO GET AID / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- To participate in the Obama Foundation Leaders Africa Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- All countries and territories in the continent of Africa should be residents for applicants.
- It should also show that they have at least three years of experience working in their area.
- The applicants are expected to be between the age of 24 years and that of 45 on August, twenty-sixth year two thousand four.
- Be a professional speaker and writer in the English language.
- It is compulsory for candidates to fully undertake the six-month mandate.
APPLICATION PROCESS
However, applicants to the Obama Foundation Leaders Africa Program are also required to fill and submit an online application before the deadline.
The Foundation will consider each application with great care and undertake further research to confirm the information provided. They may also hold virtual interviews for finalists. In July and August 2024, selection decisions are now due.
