Job Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain is hiring Guest Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Collaboration and teamwork are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned by management, ensuring they meet hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms (vacant or occupied) to check for cleanliness, amenities, and missing supplies.
- Provide outstanding hospitality and promote hotel services.
- Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle equipment and machinery safely, reporting defects immediately.
- Report lost guest belongings or keys to the housekeeping office.
- Maintain clean and organized changing rooms and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Notify the manager of rooms marked for privacy or those not requiring service.
