VLIR-UOS Masters Scholarships (ICP Connect) in Belgium: The VLIR-UOS grants ICP Connect Master’s scholarships to students of 29 eligible countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to enable them to pursue English-taught Masters-level programs in universities situated in Flanders, Belgium.

Rules to Get Aid
- Nationality and country of residence: It is also necessary that candidates be citizens of one of the 29 qualified countries, as well as residing in one of these countries (it does not have to be the same country) at the moment of application submission.
- Age: To participate in the program, candidates should not exceed thirty-five years old (for the first master) or forty-five years old (for the second master).
- Professional background and experience: They will also give preference to candidates who are employed in higher teaching institutions, in government and non-government organisations, or intend to work in one of these sectors. Other candidates who are employed in the private sector, including those who recently graduated without any working experience, could also be considered if their profiles and motivations are very strong.
- Scholarship applications: Each candidate is eligible to submit only one IPC Connect scholarship grant application annually.
- Previously awarded scholarships: The candidates may never have been given a scholarship previously by the Belgian government or joined any study programs in Belgian higher education institutions before the first January of the study program year.
